Five stars isn't a high enough of a rating for Nicole! Buying/Selling can be a very stressful experience, unless you work with a true professional. Nicole will not only listen to you as a customer but she helps keep you grounded and focused throughout the whole process. She is focused on the end result and that is ensuring whatever the customer needs are they are met. We recently closed on our home in a very competitive market. The home was listed and we were physically looking at it in less than 30 minutes of the property hitting the market. She so responsive to our needs the property didn't even have a lock box on the door yet. Not only did Nicole show us over 50 houses she wrote 6 contracts and some we canceled after second viewing due to HOA restrictions not meeting our needs or the house wasn't the right fit for us. My husband and I have used other realtors in the past due to relocations out of state and none compare to Nicole. She has helped buy and sell multiple homes for our family and we refer all of our friends, family and even strangers to Nicole.
